At HonkyTonk NFT, we strive to create a joyful, supportive, and dynamic community that welcomes fresh ideas and diverse perspectives as we pioneer groundbreaking gaming experiences. 

We understand that this vision thrives only when individuals with varied backgrounds, interests, and skills collaborate, respect, and uplift one another.Diverse voices are our strength, and we encourage participation from everyone who contributes to our community’s growth. 

This Code of Conduct ensures that every participant’s involvement in HonkyTonk NFT leads to mutual benefit, enjoyment, and creativity. We reject any form of prejudice—whether based on religion, race, class, nationality, gender, or any other characteristic—that could hinder participation in our project.

HonkyTonk NFT is a welcoming community that encourages questions. Nobody is expected to know everything, and we are here to support your success. Asking questions early prevents issues later, and we encourage you to reach out, though you may be directed to appropriate channels like our Discord or support forums. Those approached with questions should respond promptly and helpfully.

Be Collaborative

Our community’s creations—whether NFTs, gameplay features, or community events—are the result of shared ideas and passion. We champion collaboration to reduce redundancy, enhance quality, and drive innovation. Transparency is a priority, and we share progress openly and frequently to inspire and engage our community.

Value Consensus

Social and technical disagreements are part of growth, but we resolve them constructively. When consensus cannot be reached, we escalate issues to designated community leaders or HonkyTonk NFT staff for clear guidance and resolution, ensuring alignment with our shared goals.

Maintain a Healthy Community Space for All

HonkyTonk NFT is committed to fostering a friendly and inclusive environment. We hold ourselves and each other accountable for our behavior. If you observe actions that violate this Code of Conduct, we encourage you to address them respectfully with the individual or group involved or escalate concerns to our team via official channels. We are dedicated to ensuring no one feels unfairly treated or threatened.

Enforcement and Reporting

If you witness or experience behavior that violates this Code of Conduct, please report it to our team at support@honkytonknft.com or through our Discord moderation channels. HonkyTonk NFT SA will review reports promptly and fairly, taking appropriate action, which may include warnings, temporary suspensions, or removal from the community, in accordance with our Terms of Use and applicable Spanish law. We are committed to protecting the safety and inclusivity of our community while respecting EU data protection and consumer protection regulations, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

The HonkyTonk NFT Code of Conduct is inspired by the OpenMRS Code of Conduct, licensed under the Creative Commons Attribution-ShareAlike 3.0 License. We express our gratitude to the OpenMRS community for sharing their work, which has helped shape our commitment to a vibrant and inclusive community.
